“I signed up for quarterly maintenance with Hive to ensure recommended maintenance was performed on my home. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the service provided. I soon discovered an additional benefit with their handyman services. In the past, it ha proven difficult to find service providers who are reputable and responsive. And in some instances, not even sure who I should call to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. This past year I have had birds building nests in my vents, smoke alarms that needed to be replaced, Garage door opener, issues, various plumbing issues, Appliance malfunctions, and trees that needed to be trimmed. Every time I had an issue, I called Hive and they came over to troubleshoot the issue and recommend corrective action. For those items they could not handle themselves, they contacted a contractor within their network and handled the estimation, scheduling, and the work to be performed. Invoicing and payment has been between me and Hive. Each time I have worked with Hive the process has been seamless.
