Scout Bee
A trained set of expert eyes on your home four times a year — one focused hour per visit. Each visit covers your home's key safety systems, a seasonal walk-through inside and out, and a same-day photo report documenting findings, flagged concerns, and recommended next steps. Any work beyond visual scope is referred to the right trade partner on your behalf.
Worker Bee
Four visits per year, 1–2 hours of hands-on service each. Everything in Scout Bee, plus minor handyman repairs, appliance maintenance, gutter clearing, plumbing and water heater service, full bi-annual HVAC inspection, and trade partner coordination for anything beyond standard scope. Every visit includes a detailed photo report.
Queen Shield
Everything in Worker Bee, plus a dedicated technician assigned to your home, 2–3 hours per visit, a personal homeowner walk-through each visit, priority emergency response, and a branded Annual Home Health Report — a full-year record of every visit, photo, finding, completed repair, and recommendation. Your dedicated tech builds a documented history of your home across every season.
